When ordering multiple items, if any one item is on back order, The Underground will ship partial orders and send you a back order notification. If the total order is less than $150 you will be charged an additional $4.50 to ship the back ordered item at a later date.

All APO/FPO military orders will be shipped USPS and incur actual shipping charges as determined by the USPS. Military shipments generally take longer to receive, and the USPS has no tracking on military orders. All damages must be reported to the military postal unit.

International shipping costs will be based upon weight and location. All shipping costs will be prepaid by the Customer and is non-refundable. The Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes applied by Customs. The Underground IS NOT responsible for items damaged or seized during shipping. The Underground WILL NOT assume any responsibility or issue refunds for any International Order.

All personal Credit Card information and personal account information will be strictly confidential. We ensure that the privacy of our customers is completely protected.

All returns must be authorized by The Underground. All returns will receive an authorization number from The Underground. Any returns without an authorization number will not be accepted. No Shipping Charges will be refunded. All returns will receive a nutritionalundergound.com credit minus a 25% restocking fee. The Underground will not accept returns after 30 days. No returns on opened items.
